Our visit with Santa this year was much better than last year's visit! Carter could even fit into the same vest..which was a last minute clothing decision :) Drew is wearing Carter's outfit from 2006.

I've also included santa photos from 2005, 2006 & 2007. Carter was in the hospital in 05, so I was just happy to get Santa there for a picture....which the hospital arranged and took polaroids. It scanned pretty good :)

First Day of Pre-School

Tuesday, August 19th was Carter's first day of Pre-school. He is in the Caterpillar class at Abiding Savior. He comes home singing Jesus Loves Me and the Bumble Bee song.....so cute!

Messy Eater

After about a week of trying to shove the food down, Drew has finally started to enjoy having solids. He is just very messy!

Teething.....Yikes!

Last night, Drew was at the height of his first teething fits. His 5-month birthday was yesterday-July 11th. He was up at midnight and all night after that. I stayed up with him and we semi-slept together on the chaise lounge in his room. I was very nice and closed the door so that I was the only person to hear the screams-at least at that high volume. This video is my attempt to get a picture of the two little guys I finally saw coming up this morning.

Carter Needs Water to Sleep

Carter's new thing is that he needs to have a cup of water with him when he sleeps. This is how he usually falls asleep.

Here is Drew's 2-month bunny picture-I even got a grin! At his 2-month Dr. Appointment, he weighed in at 11 lbs 9 oz and is now 22 3/4 inches long. He is 50% in both weight & height. His head was a little on the small side-only 25%.
